Coming Soon!

This Friday at 7:00pm Christ the King will host the Burning Questions Event. This is an opportunity to ask anonymous questions about God, the Bible, faith, and the Chirstian life. Come, bring your inquiring friends--and of course your questions. Although the program is designed for youth and adults over 13, an activity will be provided for younger children. Snacks will also be served.

Relay for LifeSunday School :

The 2009-2010 Sunday School year as begun and will continue each week until early June. Children ages 9 and above are asked to arrive in Shaw Hall by 9:30 AM. Children's Chapel will begin at 10:15 AM for children ages 2-8. Rebecca's Room, (CTK's Nursery) is available for infants and toddlers. Please contact Ronda Toll at 223-7281 if you are available to help staff the nursery.

 

Fresh Air Fund

Open your hearts and homes to a NYC child this summer. Since 1877, the Fresh Air Fund, an independent, not-for-profit agency has provided free summer vacations to more than 1.7 million New York City Children from low income neighborhoods. Contact Mary Beth Wusk

Christ the King 25th Birthday Celebration (continues)

Parishoners, CKT will celebrate it's 25th Birthday. On July 11th 2010, after the 1030 service we'll have a church picnic. We've invited many of the past priests from CTK to attend. We will have a tent for the activities and Sunday Services. In addition we intent to host a sit down dinner on Saturday November 20th the Saturday before Christ the King Sunday and propose having the Bishop for Confirmation that Sunday. If you can contribute photos from the last years please contact the church mouse.
