Our interim rector is the Reverend Richard Budd. Our Service hours are Sundays, 0800 and 1030 AM. Wednesday services are at 7 PM. Youth and adult Sunday School is at 9:30 AM most Sundays.

Soda Tabs Collection

Our collecting of soda tabs is paying off. Tony Vig and Ruth Dorsman ventured to the Richmond Ronald McDonald house to turn in our first collection of soda tabs. Did you know that they collected over a 1000 dollars in just this year from Soda Tabs? Thanks for all of your support. Special thanks to Tony Vig for coordinating this effort. Tony's number is 766-0224.

Needlepoint Group: Martha Jones and Laurie Meree are working on patterns for needlepointing the kneelers at the altar rail. If you are interested in becoming part of a needle-point group here, please contact Laurie Meree at 868-6894.

Outdoors Group: Tom and Laurie Meree are forming an outdoors group here at CtK. We are hoping that activities would include, hiking, kayaking, and perhaps ski trips in the winter. If you are interested, please contact Laurie or Tom at their number above.

Nominations for Diocesan Bishop: at a meeting on 17 Aug after the 10:30 service in Shaw Hall to dicsus the nominees for Diocesan Bishop. The CTK council Delegates will be at this meeting to answer questions and get your inputs.
With These Hands Bake Sale. Parish wide bake sale on Sunday, Sept 21 to suooprt the Diocesan Project, "With These Hands." This is a $10,000 project to rais funds to feed on class in Holy Cross Anglican School, a primary school in Belize. Frances and Vernon Wilson, two former CtK Members are missionaries at this school.
Sunday School Teacher Planning Meeting. An informal/planning meeting for Sunday School teachers will be held on Sunday, August 24th at 12:15 in Shaw Hall.
Service man support: we're gathering things for a care package to Servicemen, Jonathan Seiter and Andrew Stonebreaker. Call Laurie Meree to give a donation.

Information Cards and Updated Information- If you attend Chirst the King and haven't yet filled out a visitor card, please do so and place it in our offertory plate so we don't leave you out of our mailings, e-mails, and our directory. In addition, those people who have a change in address, phone #, or e-mail address should make the office aware of it so the records can be updated.

Childrens Chapel will be available in Shaw Hall during the 10:30 AM service.
